Build on Site Process
If we are unable to deliver a structure onto your property fully assembled, don’t worry! Our crew can assemble it on site. Most structures take only one day to build.
Our build on site crew will bring the structure in panels and assemble it in your yard in the desired location. Within hours you will have a brand new structure to enjoy for years to come!
The floor is put in place in the desired location, and the walls are stood up and secured.
The gables are added and the rafters are put up and nailed on
The roofing plywood is put on, as well as the fascia and soffit.
The shingles are added, and the extra overhanging shingle is trimmed off.
The crew touches up the paint, adds a ramp if the customer opted for one, and cleans up the tools and garbage. The only thing we leave behind is a satisfied customer with a beautiful new structure!
